The Gowrie Vegetable Farmers of Ghana are separating rice grains from the stalks, while motivating each other to keep up in the heat of the afternoon sun. It is this spirit of co-operation that contributes to successful development.

In January 2008, hundreds of EWB members blitzed Montreal asking citizens to demand a STOP to tied aid. In September 2008, the Canadian government announced that it will completely untie aid.

Anold and Eva Munyinda have a lot to be proud of. Anold and Eva are members of the strongest cooperative that EWB is helping: the Muzya Agricultural Society in Zambia's Southern Province.

Student members of the University of Windsor Chapter of Engineers Without Borders celebrate October 17th, the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.
